Sa ne mai distram putin inaintea decolarii

M-a amuzat teribil acest filmulet despre cum sa atragi atentia clientilor asupra informatiilor de rutina. Il recomand cu drag in trainingurile de Customer Care (cu aproape 900.000 de shares pe facebook e clar ca si clientilor le place):

I work with Micheal and trust me when I say he takes safety and professionalism as seriously as he does making people laugh. He is an actor in his spare time and is an amazing human being. Our company encourages us to have fun and enjoy ourselves and have a good time with our guests. Our training is extremely important and not one of us is not qualified or professional when it comes to making sure every one of our guests are taken care of. So just because we have fun and joke with our guests, please do not presume that we do not take our jobs seriously. We love our jobs and our company and have amazing culture.
